Filtration has to fit the system
A filter must fit the cabinet and allow the airflow the equipment needs. A higher rating is not automatically better if it creates too much restriction. KOLD can look at the current setup and discuss appropriate options.
Equipment cleanliness and drainage
Accessible coils, blower components, drain pans and condensate lines can affect performance and deserve attention when conditions indicate it. The cleaning should match the equipment’s actual condition instead of being bundled into every visit by default.
HVAC service is not a medical diagnosis
KOLD can address conditions related to the HVAC system. We do not diagnose allergies, identify mold from a photograph or promise a health outcome. When a concern falls outside HVAC service, the right specialist may also be needed.
